Leaderboard Terms & Conditions
Rules and guidelines for fair competition
1. Account Policy
Each user is permitted to maintain one account only on The Funded Leaderboards. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from the platform.
We monitor for multi-accounting using phone verification, email cross-referencing, IP address tracking, and device fingerprinting. Violations are taken very seriously.
2. Submission Requirements
All submissions must include valid proof from your broker/prop firm:
- Screenshots must be unaltered and include clear timestamps
- Proof must show your actual username or account identifier
- Submission dates must align with the actual trade dates
- Screenshots cannot be doctored, filtered, or edited beyond cropping
Admins reserve the right to request additional proof or broker verification for any submission.
3. Prohibited Behavior
The following activities will result in disqualification and permanent bans:
- •Multi-accounting: Operating multiple accounts to artificially inflate rankings or compete against yourself
- •Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate leaderboard standings or share winnings
- •Fake proofs: Submitting fabricated or altered screenshots as evidence of trades
- •Account sharing: Allowing another person to use your account or using someone else's account
- •Spam submissions: Submitting excessive trades in a short timeframe to artificially boost scores
4. Payout & Prize Distribution
Monthly prizes are awarded to the top-performing users in each league based on combined score, phase 1 passes, phase 2 passes, and payouts.
Before payouts are distributed: Admin staff will manually verify the top winners' submissions are legitimate. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending additional proof or investigation. If cheating is detected, the user forfeits all accumulated winnings.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
We employ multiple fraud detection systems:
- •IP address and device tracking across accounts
- •Behavioral pattern analysis to detect suspicious activity
- •Duplicate submission detection
- •Manual review of top submissions before payout
6. Disputes & Appeals
If you believe another user is cheating or your account was wrongly flagged, contact support@thefundedleaderboards.com with evidence. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
