1. Who we are
The Funded Leaderboards ("we", "us", "our") is an online platform that allows prop firm traders to submit their results, compete on monthly leaderboards, and win prizes. By creating an account and using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use The Funded Leaderboards. By signing up, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Access to the leaderboards requires an active monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Submitting results
You may submit proof of prop firm passes and payouts for inclusion on the leaderboard. All submissions are reviewed and approved by our admin team. By submitting, you confirm that the certificate or proof is genuine and belongs to you. Fraudulent submissions will result in immediate account termination with no refund.
5. Prizes
Monthly prizes are awarded at our discretion to top-ranked users. Prize details, values, and eligibility criteria are announced each month. We reserve the right to amend prize structures at any time. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless stated.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false or manipulated results, impersonate other users, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, and branding on The Funded Leaderboards is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The Funded Leaderboards is a community competition platform. We are not a financial advisor and nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred by users. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the current billing month.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
